SyncBack is a great little freeware program that helps you easily backup and synchronize your files to: the same drive; a different drive or medium (CDRW, CompactFlash, etc); an FTP server; a Network; or a Zip archive.

This program was easy to install on my test computer, and easy to set up with the files that I wanted backed up. It features an easy mode, and an expert mode so that I could either back up my files with one easy click, or be very specific about which files I wanted.
