		<description>That makes no sense. Cookies are small text files that are used by web sites to make things more convenient, but sometimes to track web usage. I have never heard of them slowing a computer down, and I would not ever flush my cookies (that I choose to keep) for any reason; I have some that make life *much* easier, such as banking and bill paying, and Google settings.
He may be thinking about &quot;Temporary Internet Files&quot;, but even then, those make things work faster, not slower (unless he has a small disk, and is running out of space).
I think he needs to research what cookies actually do.</description>
