Sending Photos in Outlook Express

Dear Computer Lady,
I read your tutorial on “How to send pictures by email”. I followed your instructions successfully reaching the final step using Windows XP. Everything loaded just as you instructed except there is no “SEND” button on the email page which Windows xp provided via Outlook. It would seem that your instructions fell one final step short-how to send the email once the pictures are loaded!

Dear Kevin,
I can only guess that the toolbar that contains the “Send” button has become hidden in your Outlook Express window.
I have recorded a video that will help explain the steps more thoroughly, and I also explained what to do if the “Send” button is not visible.

I have the exact same question except that I am using Thunderbird. I was able to use this feature in xp with no problem but have upgraded to windows 7 and it keeps telling me to use outlook express, which I don’t want to do. I’ve looked for answers on the Thunderbird forum but can’t find any help. I really miss this feature. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

It should work with Thunderbird, you just have to make sure it is set as your default email program.
I don’t have Thunderbird installed right now, but I will try to test it in the next week and post directions.

Read your article to Kevin about how to send pictures using Outlook Express. Followed your directions, with the U-Tube directions, found them to be great. After all was done, I hit send and then nothing happened. They did not show up in my outlook express. Why do you think this happened?

If it helps any, I am having the same problem receiving pictures from Paperport? Is there any connection between the two not working

One last thought. I get the pictures from Paperport, but it is like 2-3 months later. Strange huh, thanks again, Doug

Thank you. I do have Tbird as default email. I doesn’t work with documents or photos.

I listened to your video and just wanted to comment on what a lovely speaking voice you have..I’m in the voice over business so I’m always aware of things like that. lol
PS IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN CHANGE THE PASSWORD YOU GAVE ME?
