How To Set Up Google Calendar
Dear Computer Lady,
I am using Outlook 2002 at work. I conduct bi-weekly meetings with different departments. I am finding that people forget the meetings.
I would like to be able to automatically issue an email meeting reminder to the participants. I tried using the schedule meeting options but either I didn’t do it correctly or it doesn’t do what I am trying to make it do. I am not allowed to download any software so downloading an add-in is not an option and we do not have Microsoft Exchange.
Any suggestions? If outlook doesn’t support this function maybe you can recommend a software that does and I will beg IT for it.

How To Merge Names in Email Messages
Dear Computer Lady,
I enjoy reading all your answers to your readers.
I receive many emails that manage to include my name merged into the body of the letter. Is there a special program for doing that?
I use Outlook Express and it does not seem to have that ability.
I like to send blind copies to groups and would like to make them more personal.

How To Save Web Sites
Dear Elizabeth,
I am trying to “clean up/get rid of all unwanted websites” and be able to find them quickly and now notice I have saved almost the very same sites to “FAVORITES” that I have saved in “MY DOCUMENTS.”
How does one decide where to keep important to me Web Sites that I want to save and stop these duplications?
Thank you and what a great service column, I always learn something.

I was so used to using it and I am lost without that helping hand.
Can you please help? Thank you,

Dear Computer Lady,
Love your information and can’t wait to read it every week.
I have windows 7 and Windows Live Mail on my hp computer and as much as I try, I cannot change the color of the pages when I write an e-mail.
I can change the color of the type but is there a way to change the color of the pages. I could do it when I had xp but it seems to be gone on windows 7.

Free POP or IMAP Email
Dear Computer Lady,
You have really “saved my bacon” a number of times with your Q&A…love it!
My question is about email providers. I used to have Juno that stored on my computer & didn’t require me to be connected to the web while reading my emails & the ability to keep the emails. I now have Juno that is web-based. I prefer my original OLD Juno. I am wondering if you know of a provider that would still allow me to view & save my emails to my computer.
